Q: What kind of shirts do you print on?
A: We print on standard American Apparel tees. Check out
their site for more information.
Q: What size should I get?
A: To answer this question, we invoke the power of our mighty
sizing chart!
Q: Who designs and prints the shirts?
A: We (John, Greg, and Joe), and our friends, when we ask them very nicely,
design all of our shirts. We don't commission our artwork from strangers,
for fear of dangers. We print them by hand ourselves in Joe's basement. Don't
worry, very few shirts have been infested by rats.
Q: Wow! Your prints are soft! What kind of ink do you use?
A: We currently use Nazdar 9500 Series Screen Ink. As well as being much
more effective than Balthazar 9500 Series Frankincense, it's completely
water-dispersible (before it's cured, but not after!) and contains no lead
or other heavy metals. We try to keep the amount we poison the environment
to a minimum.
Q: I don't think your prints live up to your claims of softness. Is
there anything I can do to make them softer?
A: There sure is! All you have to do is wash your shirt once, and you'll
notice that the print is even softer than it was when it first arrived.
This is the case for pretty much any shirt; but after washing our shirts,
it's almost impossible to distinguish by touch the print from the shirt.
Q: You guys stink! My shirt is fading! Why?!
A: Rest assured, some fading of the ink is normal, and happens with all
shirts after being washed. At least our prints just get softer and softer
instead of cracking, peeling, or robbing your house.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We currently accept payment through PayPal, so you can securely pay by any
major credit card or debit card, or even directly from a bank account. We
don't get any of your numbers, so if anybody's going to be stealing your credit
card information, it'll be the creepy guy next-door, not us.
Q: What are your shipping and return policies?
A: We ship via USPS Priority mail. Take a look at our
shipping information for the real nitty-gritty
on shipping and returns.
Q: I hope you guys realize that "bonanzier" isn't a real word.
A: And we hope you realize that's not a real question.
